Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Shores Financial LLC (“Shores,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website (www.shoresfinancial.org) or any of our services (collectively, the “Services”), you (“User” or “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. If you are using our Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to this Agreement.
2. Description of Services
Shores Financial provides debt resolution services for unsecured consumer debt, including but not limited to:
- Review of your unsecured debts and current financial situation
- Consultation on the options available to you and what each involves
- Negotiation and coordination with creditors on enrolled unsecured accounts
- Ongoing support for the duration of your program
We are not a lender. We do not originate, broker, fund, or service loans, and we do not extend credit of any kind. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation, legal advice, tax advice, credit repair services, or bankruptcy advice. We work only with unsecured debt; we do not service secured debt such as mortgages, auto loans, or federal student loans.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the consultation and enrollment process
- Update any personal or financial information as necessary to maintain its accuracy
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes
- Refrain from interfering with the operation or security of our systems or networks
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or data
4. Enrollment and Eligibility
Enrollment in any program offered through Shores Financial is subject to review and acceptance. By requesting a consultation or applying to enrol, you authorize us to collect and evaluate personal and financial information relevant to your circumstances. Acceptance is not guaranteed, and we reserve the right to decline any applicant at our sole discretion. Our services are not available in all states, and eligibility may depend on your state of residence, the type and amount of debt you hold, and your individual financial circumstances.
5. Privacy and Data Use
By using our Services, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and share your data in accordance with that policy and applicable law, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no transmission over the internet is completely secure.
6. Fees and Charges
All fees applicable to your program will be disclosed to you in writing before you enrol and will be set out in your program agreement. There is no charge for an initial consultation or savings estimate.
We do not charge advance fees for debt resolution services. No fee becomes payable in connection with any enrolled debt until that debt has been renegotiated, settled, reduced, or otherwise resolved and you have made at least one payment under the resulting arrangement, consistent with the Federal Trade Commission's Telemarketing Sales Rule.
7. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee that any particular debt will be settled, reduced, or resolved, that it will be resolved by any specific amount or percentage, or that it will be resolved within any specific timeframe. Results depend on your individual circumstances, the willingness of your creditors to negotiate, and your ability to complete the program. Not all clients complete their program.
Creditors are under no obligation to negotiate or to accept any settlement. Enrolling in a debt resolution program is likely to adversely affect your credit score and creditworthiness. Where a program involves ceasing payments to creditors, you should expect that your balances may continue to grow through interest and fees, that creditors may continue collection activity, and that they may take legal action against you. Forgiven debt may be treated as taxable income; you should consult a tax professional about your own position.
8. Consent to Contact
By submitting a form or otherwise opting in, you expressly authorize Shores Financial and its agents to contact you via phone, email, or SMS regarding your inquiry, your enrollment, and related services. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” or contacting us directly. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See also our Do Not Call Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including text, graphics, images, software, and trademarks—is the property of Shores Financial or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shores Financial is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, but is not limited to, errors in processing or service interruptions.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shores Financial, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services or your breach of this Agreement.
12. Third-Party Links
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by Shores Financial. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy policies of these external sites. Accessing such sites is at your own risk.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, any rights or licenses granted to you shall immediately cease.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nevada.
15. Amendments
Shores Financial may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website, with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Contact Information
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
↑ Back to topDo Not Call Policy
Shores Financial LLC does not place telemarketing telephone calls (which, for the purposes of this Policy, include text messages) to phone numbers appearing on a state or federal Do Not Call list (unless permitted by applicable law), or to the phone number of any individual who has requested not to receive telemarketing calls made by or on behalf of Shores Financial.
For the purposes of this Policy, “Shores Financial” refers to Shores Financial LLC and any affiliated entities operating in the United States that are directly owned or controlled by Shores Financial LLC.
How to Request Placement on Our Do Not Call List
If you prefer not to receive telemarketing calls from Shores Financial, you may request that your telephone number be placed on our internally-maintained Do Not Call list.
- You may submit your request in writing or by phone.
- Your request must include your telephone number.
- If you have multiple telephone numbers, please provide each one you wish to include.
- If your number changes, you are responsible for updating us with your new information to maintain your Do Not Call status.
Upon receipt of your request, we will add your number to our internal Do Not Call list. You will not be contacted for telemarketing purposes during future campaigns for a period of at least five (5) years, or any longer period required by applicable law. We will process your request within a reasonable time, not to exceed thirty (30) days, or any shorter time required by law.
Exceptions and Permitted Contact
Please note that Do Not Call regulations allow companies to contact their own customers even if those customers are on a federal or state Do Not Call list. If you are an existing customer of Shores Financial, you may still receive telemarketing communications unless you specifically request to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list using the methods described above.
Additionally, placing your number on our internal Do Not Call list does not prevent Shores Financial from contacting you for non-telemarketing purposes, such as:
- Account servicing or billing
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Conducting customer satisfaction surveys
- Providing information about products or services you currently use
Employee and Vendor Compliance
Shores Financial provides training to relevant employees on how to document, process, and honor Do Not Call requests. We also require all service providers and vendors who may initiate telemarketing calls on our behalf to comply with this Do Not Call Policy and all applicable laws.
Contact and Policy Access
If you have any questions or comments about our Do Not Call Policy, or if you wish to receive a printed copy of this Policy, please contact us at info@shoresfinancial.org or (954) 628-5412.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to revise this Do Not Call Policy at any time, consistent with applicable federal and state laws.
